TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.1 I take a £100 booking fee at time of booking to confirm for your wedding date. 

Paying the booking fee is your agreement to the Terms and Conditions.

1.2 Your wedding date is confirmed only once I have received your booking fee via bank transfer.

1.3 The booking fee is non refundable unless cancelled by myself.

1.4 Any discount applied at booking only applies at this time and does not apply when adding on extra services at a later date.

1.5 All further payments after the booking fee (at your bridal trial or before the wedding) are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled less than 8 weeks before the wedding date.

1.6 Full payment may be asked for at the time of booking if the wedding date is less than 3 months away.

1.7 If you would like to reduce the size of your booking once the booking fee has been paid this is at my discretion. Providing it is still over the minimum amount of makeups (4)

2.1 Travel is included if the venue is in Aberdeenshire/Aberdeen. A surcharge will occur outwith this perimeter. 60p per mile.

2.2 If I need to travel by public transport, I will give you a quote for this.

2.3 Parking costs are chargeable to the Bride

2.4 If I need to travel for more than 70 miles from my home address for your wedding, I may request you to cover the cost of overnight accommodation.

 

3.1 In the very unlikely circumstance that I am ill on your wedding day, I will try my hardest to find a trustworthy replacement without any delays. If this is not possible, a full refund will be given.

3.2 I reserve the right to decline to apply makeup to a client whom I feel is unwell/contagious for example: conjunctivitis, Impetigo, common cold as I work in very close proximately to the client. Any of these illness should be notified to me before the event.

4.1 The trial is normally 3-6 months before the wedding date and will be held in either my home. It may be possible for me to come to your home. Travel charges may apply.

4.2 Trials will be help in daylight hours Monday to Friday. Appointments outside of these times may be considered under special circumstances and availability cannot be guaranteed.

4.3 It is the client’s responsibility to inform the artist of any allergies, medical conditions or sensitivities. All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitised between every makeup application. Any skin condition should be reported by the client to me prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release Hollie Rose Jenner from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.

4.4 If a second makeup trial is requested the same fee applies as for the first trial.

4.5 The client is still liable to pay for the makeup trial even if they do not want to proceed with booking.

5.1 Photographic/video images of the client, members of the booking or event may be used by the artist on social media unless the client has expressly withdrawn their consent in writing.

6.1 Cluster and strip lash application is included in the price of the Brides makeup service. There is no reduction in price for any makeup service if they are declined.

 

7.1 If a member of your party chooses not to have their makeup done on the day, payment still needs to be made.
